Florence Masebe Declares War On Haters Over ‘Hobo Look’ Comments
Twitter users and fans of actress Florence Masebe have rallied around to back her up on her fight with a hater.
she was very much upset by the inflammatory criticism from a Twitter user about her natural hair.
The insulting tweet claimed that she does not love herself because she doesn’t comb her hair which gives her a “hobo look.”

Unlike Bonang and other public figures who choose to ignore negative comments from the public, Florence Masebe hit back.
Tackling the insult head-on, Florence hit back at the Twitter user, who goes by Jesse R.
She couldn’t hide her anger as she lashed out angrily:
“Next time I’ll drag people to Venda and back. Le a ntlwaela [You are disrespecting me].”

Her tweets were subsequently followed by more tweets from fans and among users who did not find the attack on the actress funny. Pictures of people on their natural hair flooded her status in an effort to denounce attacks against men and women who do not fancy synthetic hairdo.
“What offended me further was her carrying on to say I must love myself. So to her a comb = self-love?” she continued, before the hashtag #HoboKeMmao [Hobo is your mother] entered the Twitter trends list.
“Pat your weave and nurse your fried scalp. Just stay out of my hair. Thanks,” Florence added.

Masebe said she has been too quiet for a long time. Thus, she needed to teach the critics a little lesson.
Other celebrities like Poet Ntsiki Mazwai and Dineo Ranaka have always encouraged black women to embrace their natural hair.
